Hybrid prepares you for anything:

Mondays: STRENGTH - Individual Muscle Strength/Endurance (low impact)
Tuesdays: HYBRID - Athletic Conditioning and Strength
Wednesdays: STRENGTH - Full Body Strength
Thursdays: HYBRID - Lower Body Conditioning and Strength
Fridays: STRENGTH - Core and Arm Strength/Endurance (low impact)
Saturdays: HYBRID - Intense, All-Out Hybrid Conditioning
Sundays: HYBRID - Combo of Everything!

HYROX TRAINING CLASS - Tuesday/Thursday/Saturdays
Sundays: Pilates at Modern - 9:00am, Modern Floor Pilates (low intensity)
