Tuesdays: Team Tuesday - HYBRID - Athletic Conditioning and Strength

Wednesdays: Weights Wednesday - STRENGTH - Full Body Strength

Thursdays: Legs & Lungs - HYBRID - Lower Body Conditioning and Strength

Fridays: Abs & Arms - STRENGTH - Core and Arm Strength/Endurance (low impact)

Saturdays: Sweaty Saturday - HYBRID - Intense, All-Out Hybrid Conditioning

Sundays: Sunday Funday - HYBRID - Combo of Everything!

Sundays: Pilates at Modern - 2:00 pm, Modern Floor Pilates (low intensity)
