Every session is coach-led to meet each teen where they are.
8-week structured summer program for teens
Designed to build strength, agility, fitness, and proper training mechanics
Led by professional coaches in a supportive, high-energy environment
Perfect for athletes and non-athletes alike—no experience needed

Tuesdays @ 2:00 PM
Thursdays @ 2:00 PM
Saturdays @ 12:30 PM
Start date: Tuesday, June 3, 2025
End date: Saturday, July 26, 2025
Attend all three days a week or drop in based on availability

Drop-In – $30
Weekly Pass – $75 ($25/class)
Full Summer One Time Rate – $450 ($18.75/class)
