2025 8 week Teen Summer Strength Program

  • Every session is coach-led to meet each teen where they are.

  • 8-week structured summer program for teens

  • Designed to build strength, agility, fitness, and proper training mechanics

  • Led by professional coaches in a supportive, high-energy environment

  • Perfect for athletes and non-athletes alike—no experience needed

  • Tuesdays @ 2:00 PM

  • Thursdays @ 2:00 PM

  • Saturdays @ 12:30 PM

  • Start date: Tuesday, June 3, 2025

  • End date: Saturday, July 26, 2025

  • Attend all three days a week or drop in based on availability

💵 Pricing Options

  • Drop-In – $30

  • Weekly Pass – $75 ($25/class)

  • Full Summer One Time Rate – $450 ($18.75/class)

  • All packages can be purchased by filling out the form below and talking with the owner.
