WHO IS THIS FOR?

Teenagers aged 13-17, who are looking to improve strength & conditioning this summer. All fitness levels are welcome.


WORKOUT STRUCTURE:

  • Warm-up

  • Plyos, Explosiveness, or Agility

  • Strength or Power

  • Intervals, Sprints, or Conditioning

  • Finisher
